Peli Peli's menu features its signature flame pepper chicken, which is marinated in guava, grilled over applewood smoke and served with a variety of dipping sauces, ranging from sweet to spicy. In addition to a mix of traditional American and South African favorites, Peli Peli's menu includes steak, chicken and seafood specialties created by Chef Paul Friedman.
